Urinary bladder lymphomas are rare lesions which may be primary bladder lymphomas or part of systemic lymphoma with bladder involvement. We report a case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in a 73-year-old female who presented with bladder tumor which on evaluation revealed NHL with extensive systemic involvement.
